The Institute for Global Economics (IGE) is a non-profit organization established by the Chairman and CEO, Dr. Il SaKong in 1993. Its two basic objectives are: first, to hold various forums and conferences where world-renowned scholars, business/financial leaders, journalists and top ranking policymakers from various countries and multilateral institutions can speak on prevailing major economic/financial and other related issues; and second, to conduct global issue-oriented research and assist business and government in formulating appropriate strategies.
