We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.
In this role, you will lead a small team of financial analysts who provide accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting services across a portfolio of UK based budget holders and managers. You will support the Financial Reporting Manager in providing a finance business partnering service to the Operations, CEO, and FLaG divisions.
You will also support the FP&A team in reorganising to maximise the impact it can make with the resources at its disposal

- Proven accounting and financial management expertise.
- Ability to analyse and advise on financial information.
- Highly flexible and adaptable. Ability to prioritise conflicting responsibilities and requests for information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build strong working relationships.
- Managerial experience
