The Incentive Fund Phase 4 (IF4) aims to attract, identify and incentivise high performing Papua New Guinean organisations to expand the reach, coverage and quality of their contribution to service delivery and/or economic development in PNG. Projects previously funded include the redevelopment of markets, schools, health aid posts, bridges, training facilities, clinics and hospitals, and delivery of training.
Coffey, as the managing contractor for the Incentive Fund 4, is currently seeking applications for a Project Manager.
The Project Manager will provide program management support to the IF4 Development Specialists and the IF4 management team.
The ideal candidate for this key position will have substantial project management experience to ensure delivery of projects within agreed financial and time constraints. Demonstrated implementation and management of multiple projects experience with managing projects in sectors such as agriculture and WASH will be highly regarded as will project planning, budgeting, monitoring, review and reporting experience. An understanding of project risk management, technical compliance, audit and value for money approaches is essential for success. Aid development infrastructure experience will be highly regarded.
We seek a self-driven and dynamic candidate with the ability to work across the public, private and civil society sectors and have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and service providers.
