Oxfam GB is looking recruit .NET C# Developers to grow its eCommerce DevOps team in support of our new eCommerce platform. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to be instrumental in helping Oxfam to deliver on its new and highly visible modern cloud-based online shop; a key area of growth and investment in our new Retail Strategy.
A successful candidate would be given the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, libraries and design patterns to achieve cost-effective and highly resilient solution for Oxfam’s unique, high scale, and often challenging supporter led donation requirements.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty, is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do and our feminist leadership principles.
As a Developer you will need to demonstrate experience of developing with C#/.NET on enterprise scale applications as part of a DevOps team. You will be responsible for aiding in the solution development and build of both web and integration solutions with significant focus given to high capacity, high availability, secure, geo-resilient design patterns within modern cloud architecture.
The right candidate will need to be enthusiastic about the platform and its future value to Oxfam’s mission to end poverty, while also remain flexible with the tools and technology they are comfortable working with.
This role will give you an opportunity to make a difference in one of Oxfam’s key donation channels, to act as key contributor to the platform from the very beginning, and to work with a group of passionate people that are specialists in their field.
