Oxfam seeks to appoint a UK Partnerships Funding Adviser in the Programme Funding and Partnerships Team who will be responsible for supporting the UK Partnerships Manager in coordinating and growing Oxfam’s partnerships with the UK Government with a primary focus on the Department for International Development (DFID), Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), Comic Relief (CR) and Big Lottery Fund (BLF). These partnerships will look to deepen and grow our technical, financial and policy cooperation with the UK Government.  The current portfolio has an annual financial value of more than £30m GBP and an extensive range of technical and policy cooperation areas


Our Team

Oxfam GB’s Programme Funding & Partnerships (PFP) team has a strong global track record of successfully supporting the development of high-quality programme funding proposals, generating and supporting restricted donor programme income of more than £200m/year from leading institutional Donors (bilateral and multilateral), trust and foundations. We have specialist experience and capability in single country and multi-country programme funding, of traditional and emerging aid modalities and mechanisms, of commercial tendering and of complex consortia formation and partnerships development.

Our Strategic Partnerships Team is responsible for leading and coordinating all OGB’s donor engagement, partnership building and resource mobilisation across our humanitarian, development and campaigning programmes.

Hours: 36 per week

Salary: £30,375 - £39,380
