Marketing Operations Coordinator (x 2)
Supporter Services & Operations are part of Oxfam’s Fundraising Team.
We are the frontline Supporter Relations, Data and Donation Processing and Marketing Operations teams. These are key central functions, many servicing the wider organisation, and all are fundamental in the delivery of our supporter experience.
This role sits within the Marketing Operations team, which primarily exists to support teams to deliver marketing activity effectively and robustly, and includes functions that focus on supplier management, project management, operational set-up and process efficiency.
What we are looking for
This is an operational role that will involve briefing external fundraising agencies and managing time-critical operational tasks. You must be diligent and methodical in your approach to work, and you will need to have excellent attention to detail.
You will need to be extremely well-organised and adept at working independently; managing and prioritising your own time to meet deadlines across multiple tasks.
Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders is critical for this role, so you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be required to provide clear and concise instructions and feedback to external fundraising agencies and must be able to explain complex issues clearly to those less technical or familiar with the team’s ways of working.
Location: OXFORD (OXFAM HOUSE)
Salary: £19,312 - £28,820 pa depending on experience
Job Type: Open ended. Please note this is a permanent role, however, a 12-month secondment will be considered.
