Major Giving Manager

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work in the Fundraising, Design and Assessment team. You will be responsible for providing leadership on major giving by leading on the implementation of our major giving strategy.
Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, asking them for financial support, ensuring proper donor management, designing and coordinating engagement events, and ensuring full compliance with data protection systems and laws.
You will be adaptable, creative and innovative, tailoring your approach to the specific characteristics of each opportunity. You will also be knowledgeable about international development, possess excellent communication skills, pay attention to detail and have a flair for convincing others of the need to provide financial support.
To be great in this job you are likely, first and foremost, to have a talent for working with others to develop, frame, communicate and fundraise for projects that deliver both restricted and unrestricted income.
